Open document ↗The assurance position in one view
- Named accountability. Newscast Media Group Ltd is identified as the controller for its own website, network and intelligence processing.
- Purpose separation. School Connection serves school leaders in the public interest. School Connection Intelligence serves suppliers. Commercial participation cannot direct editorial judgement.
- Source and scope retained. Evidence is source-dated, limitations remain attached and a contextual signal is not represented as proof of need or buying intent.
- Human decisions. Automation may assist collection, matching, classification and monitoring. People decide what becomes an intelligence conclusion, client output, communication or publication.
- Rights and suppression. Access, correction, objection and other applicable rights are supported. Before any direct-marketing activity is activated, objections must be recorded in approved suppression controls.
- Controlled sharing. The public site does not expose the wider intelligence or contact database. An identity-level supplier handover requires an affirmative request or valid consent, and engagement-specific outputs are governed by written terms.
Procurement and compliance review
For a defined engagement, a prospective client may request a security and privacy review of the controls evidenced for that exact scope. Controls not yet evidenced or not applicable will be identified as such.
Public statements are deliberately narrower than contractual assurance. A client-specific contract, data-sharing schedule or data processing agreement takes precedence for that engagement.
